I bought the smaller kit, toe spacers for my bunions, the ball is great for my feet release, but I wish I purchased the whole kit as I know have planter fascitis & the blocks would be valuable for calf raises & better value !

I was getting a little worried about my increasingly frequent falls and I thought maybe the kit would help. I'm not the gym type and I am hopeless at following instructions, but the videos are really clear and I love the emphasis on having fun. But the stunning thing is it works! I can now stand on one leg without instantly toppling over and can even see inprovement on the mini balance beam which was super tricky to begin with. The kit itself is very high quality. So go ahead - even If I don't get very much better, I feel more confident with a few weeks of these simple exercises.
I recently purchased the sole mate programme and so far have been using the toe spacers regularly. I’m working my way through the lessons on the balance bar and realise how poor my balance actually is . I’m excited about improving this aspect .

Helpful combo of items, each with their own benefits. Beam is tricky but progress is apparent having used the full kit for over a month now. Videos are helpful to get the most out of these
I started the solemate training programme 6 weeks post op following ankle surgery. At first my movements were quite limited and I was getting pain in my knee. I have been in constant pain and walking with a limp for a year pre surgery so my body is out of balance. 6 weeks into the training I can now complete a session with zero pain. My movements are much less restricted and my feet feel stronger than they have for years if not forever. I have recently updated my training footwear after a ultra sound that identified a developing bunion & mild arthritis on my right foot. After years of training in all types of "training specific" joggers I thought I was doing the right thing by my feet & of course comfortability as I am on my feet for 12+hours per day.
