Q: I purchased the wrong sized shoe, can I exchange for a different size?
A: We can accept a return/exchange as long as the shoes and packaging are in as-new condition. You can find our refunds/returns policy here.
To return your item follow these steps:
- Reuse the mailer the shoes were sent to you in (just peel off the second strip of tape to reseal)
- Remove the original shipping label and post the shoes off to the following address: 2/326 Melton Road, Northgate 4013 QLD Australia
Once we've received the shoes in as-new condition, we will process a full refund and you can then purchase the size you require through our online shop again.
Q: I can't see where to input my discount code at checkout?
A: Discount codes can't be applied to carts where customers are already receiving a discount on a bundle. To apply the discount code please add the items to your cart individually.
Q: I want to exchange a beam for a larger size, what is the process for this?
A: As long as the beam is in as-new condition, the same process applies as the shoe returns process above (reusing the box the beam was delivered in).
Q: Do Wild Toes come as a pair?
A: Yes, our Wild Toes come as a pair (one toe spacer for each foot).
Q: I’m a practitioner using your products for my clients. Do TFC offer wholesale prices for larger quantities of products?
A: Yes, we offer wholesale prices. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the price list.
Q: Do you have any in-person workshops or seminars coming up in my city?
A: Please visit our events page here; to find a workshop near you. If we don't have one finalised near you, you can sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be the first to know when we organise one in your city.
Q: I would like to try on some shoes before I buy them, do you have a physical store?
A: Unfortunately we don’t have a physical store at this stage, just a warehouse that ships our products for us!
If you are new to barefoot shoes we recommend you size the same as you would with your existing shoes.
Our shoes fit big deliberately - there should be a thumb width of space around the toe box separating your toes from the shoe.
If you’re in-between sizes, we recommend you size up.If you’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for a period of time, you may notice your feet start to grow as your toes splay to a more natural shape and size; over time you may need to increase your shoe size. Our shoes fit consistently to each other as per the sizing charts below, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Q: I would like to get my child some Wild Toes but I can’t find any kid sized toe spacers?
A: As far as we’re aware there are no child-size toe spacers. Fortunately, children’s feet are very malleable and change quickly in response to load, so all that should be needed is to switch your child to soft, wide and flat shoes and allow them as much barefoot play time as possible! Also, balancing on some kind of beam (we sell a range of them but you can always make your own) would be a great stimulus to help their toes start activating properly!
