The aim of this experience is to reconnect you with the joy of movement and empower you with the knowledge and fundamental skills you need to live a life full of play and free of pain.

Fun

Super fun day, James provides great context for the session which follows. Suitable for barefoot fanatics or those new to exploring the concept of barefoot living. The combination of learning and play makes for an extremely fun day. You walk away with a new found awareness of feet, play and how often we are sedentary.

Amazing workshop!

Thanks James, Tom and Mac for running this full day Melbourne workshop which reinforced the importance of barefoot living. I certainly enjoyed the fun and laughter while learning more about barefoot walking and balancing techniques in the company of like-minded individuals. The breathing exercises from Tom were quite useful in calming the mind and body in this busy world we're in. I highly recommend this workshop.
