I have transitioned my shoes or footware to minimal shoes and have big improvements in my lifestyle ie less pain and stiffness in calves and feet. I am hoping using this table will help by overall health ie hips and back. It is the next step to embrace barefoot or groundliving. I like tge holistic approach of these products.
